What You Will Do
As a Lead Sales Operations Professional for our Field Systems team, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales and dealer channels. You'll partner closely with our sales teams, dealers, and internal stakeholders to manage a variety of operational and administrative activities. This isn't just about following procedures; you'll also be a process champion, identifying areas for improvement and helping to define and implement future-state processes that drive greater efficiency and automation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Championing process improvement by contributing to the development of tools, processes, and documentation that streamline workflows and reduce friction for our global dealer channel.
Analyzing Sales Support Case metrics and actions for more timely & efficient resolution.
Providing expert operational support for our sales and dealer network, focusing on timely and professional resolution of various types of requests.
Managing critical channel administration activities, including dealer account and data management.
Enabling and providing support for various dealer programs implemented as part of Trimble’s strategic goals.
Maintaining and managing internal sales enablement resources to ensure our teams have the most current and accessible information.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
A solid understanding of sales operations and channel administration, ideally within a global business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex processes to a variety of stakeholders.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proven ability to not only adhere to processes but also to advocate for and mentor others on them.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other business intelligence tools like DOMO.
A curious, service-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Motivated with an ability to handle ambiguity and maintain a positive mindset.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as SalesForce and DOMO.

This is a hybrid position, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and in the office. You'll work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time in the office based on the position and the business needs. Typically, hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month, in the office.
