As a Manager -Sales Mobility, you will provide direction and guidance to team, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of customer service requests, inquiries, complaints, and sales to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, resolving customer issues and directing problem fixes.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for staff and field forces.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Performance Improvement: Monitor performance, implement improvements, and develop efficiency and effectiveness plans.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns and analyze data to identify and meet customer needs.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
3+ years of related experience.

Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues.
Typically leads occupational staff within the organization.
Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.

Our Manager-Sales Mobility, earn between $52,400 - $78,600 + commissions with a total target compensation of $75,400 - $101,600.
