What you’ll do

What you'll be driving in this role:

  • Lead the Telesales team by managing both internal squads and outsourced partners to hit Vodafone Romania’s sales goals.
  • Build strong business partner relationships, ensuring Vodafone products are front and center and the partner network is optimized.
  • Design and execute sales strategies, keeping a sharp eye on market trends and the competition.
  • Recruit, coach, and grow top talent — your team’s success is your success.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate key projects, staying ahead of risks with a proactive mindset.
  • Collaborate across departments (Enterprise, Consumer, Finance, Marketing, IT, HR) to streamline processes and boost impact.
  • Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Roll out training and coaching programs to keep skills sharp and teams motivated.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal policies, and data/workplace safety regulations.

Who you are

What makes you a perfect fit?

  • You bring 5+ years of experience as a people manager in the telecom industry.
  • You're a natural leader with top-notch communication and presentation skills, and you know how to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
  • You’re proactive, results-oriented, and confident in making quick decisions — even when the pressure’s on.
  • Change doesn’t scare you — you adapt fast and thrive in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
  • You’ve got a solid track record in business partner management and commercial strategy development.
  • You’re fluent in English, skilled in MS Office, and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • You have a university degree and are open to traveling between Vodafone offices and partner locations.
  • Most importantly, you’re passionate about growing and retaining Vodafone’s customer base, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and partners.
