The Mid-Market Account Executive Role

We’re seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive with strong sales and communication skills, plus a solid understanding of technology infrastructure and business processes. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiating and closing — while also expanding existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is results-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about ensuring customer success.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market  and SMB accounts
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities while expanding existing relationships through upsell/cross-sell
• Build trusted relationships with decision makers across business and IT teams
• Develop and execute territory/account plans to maximize growth
• Deliver compelling value propositions and lead customer conversations with confidence
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEs, Marketing, CS) and partners to ensure customer success
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account data in Salesforce or other CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of successful SaaS/software sales into mid-market accounts
• Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple opportunities in parallel with shorter to mid-length sales cycles
• Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a partner-driven ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree desirable; advanced education a plus
• Must be fluent in German and English
