Key responsibilities

The role is responsible for driving Inland growth by effectively partnering with other departments to service the needs of existing and potential customers.

• Develop and price the Business Development strategy to drive growth and profitability of Inland services in NEC, focusing on expanding store-door volumes.
• Lead and manage new Inland growth projects, promoting service offerings and supporting local intermodal plans.
• Drive inland volume and profit growth by identifying opportunities, creating marketing campaigns, and maintaining pricing/tariffs.
• Oversee multicarrier/stand-alone intermodal solutions, tender responses, and vendor meetings, ensuring alignment with business operations.
• Identify and pursue new business deals, coordinating contracts and leveraging industry tools and relationships to find potential customers.
• Foster client recognition through awards, conferences, and technical presentations.

We are looking for

• Experience in Product Management or commercial function, preferably in a multinational environment
• Very strong and proven financial analytical and modelling skills
• Proven sound business judgment; the ability to set direction and establish priorities for medium/long term objectives consistent with Logistics & Services’ global strategies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work systematically with an energetic, positive mindset and attitude
• Stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
