What will you do:
As an Order Fulfillment & Customer Success Manager at Ceragon, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This hybrid role combines the precision of order fulfillment with the relationship-building focus of customer success. You will serve as the main focal point for both customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order execution, transparent communication, and on-time delivery of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales teams, and HQ functions throughout the order lifecycle.
- Manage customer forecasts, requirements, and expectations from order booking to delivery and revenue recognition.
- Ensure smooth booking processes, acting as gatekeeper to align with company policies and operational standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels against demand, proactively resolving potential gaps or delays.
- Provide timely updates and transparency to customers and stakeholders, handling escalations and ensuring trust is maintained.
- Support the sales organization with operational insights and solutions to customer-related challenges.
- Optimize processes to balance customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines, especially during quarter-end periods.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, operations, or customer-facing roles (required).
- Experience in global high-tech or forwarding companies (advantage).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
