You’ll create impact by
- Develops business via selected partners with significant potential
- Defines and executes Partner Development Plans together with partners (including strategy, target setting, business reviews, sales measures, etc.)
- Provides information for forecasts and planning via CRM system
- Establishes and supports value selling through partners (“partners’ demand creation”)
- Qualifies partner employees in selling Siemens DI product portfolio
- Actively drives cross-selling to gain market share across the defined regional portfolio’ baskets (products and services)
- Provides support to Partner, with main focus on customer value add, customer potential and customer satisfaction (managing outlets, marketing activities, campaign management, etc.)
- Acts as point of contact to partners in commercial matters and drives collaboration within the organization to secure partner support.
- Utilizes back office & support functions for efficient serving of partners wherever possible
- Orchestrates sales approach towards partner together with sales specialist
Your defining qualities:
Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of sales, partner management, or customer service experience, preferably in industrial or automation industries.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business planning and partner development skills.
- Proven ability in value selling and customer development
- Deep knowledge of customer value chain, industry processes, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation in problem-solving.
- Other: Proficiency with CRM tools, ability to work cross-functionally, and willingness to drive market growth via partner networks.
