Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and success. As a key member of our partner success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value of our partnerships.

  • Develop and execute partner success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growth
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships and addressing their needs
  • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure seamless end customer onboarding and integration
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner ecosystem
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and set goals
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on our products and services
  • Work closely with the sales team to support partner-driven revenue growth
  • Proactively identify and resolve partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Stay informed about specific product lines, industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in partner management, account management, or similar role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms, such as Totango or Gainsight
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner growth and success
  • Understanding of SaaS or technology industry preferred
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel sales
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
