Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries
Build strong relationships with clinical, technical, and departmental decision-makers
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge in clinically relevant terms
Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to installation sign-off. •
Collaborate with biomedical teams to drive out-of-contract sales
Use total cost of ownership and clinical evidence to support sales
Deliver post-sales clinical training with documented records.
Work cross-functionally to support customer outcomes and business goals
Contribute to pricing discussions and strategic planning
Identify opportunities to differentiate service offerings and create customer value.
Own and manage end-to-end clinical and technical product evaluations
Present total solution proposals and respond to clinical/technical questions
Deliver post-sales training and maintain training documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Provide ongoing support to the installed base to grow satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and manage strategic customer/KOL relationships.
Collaborate closely with GE teams to maximize customer intimacy and sales opportunities.
Background in EBME, Medical Engineering, Clinical Sales, or similar healthcare/technical field.
Proven track record in healthcare sales (service, consumables, capital equipment).
Familiarity with NHS procurement and independent sector dynamics.
Proficient in Salesforce and CRM systems.
Strong product demonstration and customer engagement skills.
Ability to manage large territories effectively.
Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
Strong problem-solving and territory prioritization skills.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in MS Office and other IT tools.
