As a Portfolio Sales Enablement Manager within Siemens Digital Industries, you will play a critical role in ensuring the market readiness, sellability, and lifecycle success of Siemens' SIMATIC portfolio across North America. In this highly visible role, you will act as a strategic interface between HQ, regional Sales, and Marketing, driving portfolio positioning and market success - from portfolio feedback and regulatory compliance to sales enablement and promotion initiatives. The Portfolio Sales Enablement Manager influences successful launches, shapes distribution strategies and derives regional pricing development, manages quality and availability, and supports sales through deep portfolio know-how and training. The role ultimately ensures that Siemens’ portfolio is competitive, compliant, and aligned with regional needs. 

We are looking for a Portfolio Sales Enablement Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the eastern or central timezones of the United States. 

[Role Description]  

Portfolio Feedback & Adaptation 

  • Ensure portfolio “sellability” and “orderability” across North America
  • Understand and influence portfolio roadmap in HQ PLM by consolidating & prioritizing customer requirements from all channels and passing it on to the global level according to the market feedback process 
  • Conduct market and product intelligence and collect competitor information, trends, and technologies and product lifecycle data to position the portfolio 
  • Manage product specific quality topics and escalations of quality issues driving quality actions and delivery prioritizations 
  • Manage portfolio safety and recall topics 
  • Support pilot customers for new products 
  • Ensure product conformity with region-specific regulatory topics, technical standards and certification and licenses needs 
  • Product Launch
  • Execute and manage product launches 

Regulatory, Compliance, and Pricing

  • Support customs department with import issues 
  • Provide product expertise for managing tariffs and trade regulations 
  • Understand market and competitor pricing and provide input to HQ and relevant teams 
  • Derive regional price positioning and discount structures

Sales Enablement & Training 

  • Provide input and conduct training content for internal sales and distributors
  • Support sales teams for portfolio-related questions as second-level support

Marketing & Brand Positioning 

  • Support the development of promotional material and promotions 
  • Provide input for regional advertising & social media
  • Participate in developing winning guides 
  • Develop value-based sales argumentation for portfolio 
  • Support in providing input for sales campaigns
  • Provide subject-matter-expert input for articles, white papers, media, and PR 
  • Support the design and build of demo equipment 

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:  

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Technical Product Management or similar role
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive, customer)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering secure and valuable products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management, resource management and planning skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is 100,450 - 172,200 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
