Who Do We Need?
Following our recent acquisition of Design210, we are expanding our Korea team with a new dual-role position combining pre-sales expertise on our flagship platform Monotype Fonts, and customer support for Design210 clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Pre-Sales – Monotype Fonts (B2B SaaS Platform)
You will work closely with the sales team to:
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions using Monotype Fonts.
- Support the sales process with compelling demos, presentations, and product walk-throughs.
- Help prepare proposals, pitch materials, and product documentation to win over prospective clients when needed
- Train prospects and customers on Monotype Fonts usage, features, and benefits.
- Answer technical questions from clients regarding the use of Monotype Fonts
- Serve as a liaison between Korea sales and global product/technical teams.
Customer Support – Design210 Clients
You will be the main contact point for Design210’s existing customers, helping to:
- Provide post-sale support, including onboarding, license delivery, and basic troubleshooting
- Respond to inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and relay them to the sales team
- Track usage, renewals, and customer satisfaction to reduce churn
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and help them get the most out of their font licenses and services
- Work with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in pre-sales, customer success, technical sales, or client support (ideally in design, typography or software industries).
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with technical and creative professionals.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Able to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with design software, font workflows, or creative production pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
