Position Summary:

We’re looking for a HYBRID Production Assistant to support our top-performing Loan Consultants and Sales Managers in Ambler, PA. If you love keeping things organized, connecting with people, and being the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that makes deals happen—this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Master the calendar like a pro—set up appointments, coordinate outside sales meetings, and keep CRM systems humming.
- Be the friendly face and voice for borrowers and business partners, attending events and meetings that keep our network thriving.
- Keep communication flowing between clients, processors, and consultants—you're the heartbeat of the branch.
- Work closely with operations to ensure every loan file is on track and closed with precision.
- Deliver daily and weekly updates to your team so everyone stays in sync and ahead of the game.
- If you're licensed, you'll get to flex your skills with originator duties (where legally allowed)—adding even more impact to your role.
- Stay sharp and proactive, tackling tasks with initiative and keeping productivity high.
- Uphold company standards while building strong relationships across the organization.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the Company Culture.
- Ability to solve problems by using judgment based upon knowledge of existing management policies and departmental practices and procedures.
- Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.
- High School Degree or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
- One (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field preferred.
- Continuing education classes required by licensing authority may be required if license is obtained
- Continuing training classes required by the company to meet CFPB requirements

Hourly Range Position:
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $20.00 and $22.50/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
