You'll regularly connect with sales managers to gather feedback, analyze program metrics with leadership, and collaborate with learning experience designers to enhance training modules. Whether you're leading feedback sessions with current participants, strategizing with leaders on program evolution, or working with operations teams on scaling initiatives, your focus remains on delivering an exceptional development experience for our early career talent. The role requires flexibility and energy as you navigate between strategic planning and hands-on execution, always keeping the success of our sales representatives at the center of every decision.
