Sales Onboarding:
Serve as the liaison for any new publisher clients signed up by the sales team.
Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize publishers with the Yieldkit interface, new brands, and merchant rates.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers.
Act as the main point of contact for publishers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Provide ongoing support to help publishers optimize their performance.
Research, open new long-term relationships and become a strategic advisor to our partners.
Conduct monthly calls with publishers in order to optimize their earnings.
Performance Monitoring:
Examine publisher performance metrics regularly.
Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to boost performance.
Generate and share regular performance reports with publishers.
Conduct in-depth breakdowns of data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Communication:
Keep publishers informed about product updates, promotions, and other relevant information from Yieldkit and mrge.
2-3 years of experience with account management within the digital marketing space is a plus, preferably in affiliate marketing
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Sensitivity to the client's needs to develop warm client relationships
Excellent analytical, negotiating, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of web traffic and tracking
You are highly driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
You are reliable, motivated, and collaborate well in a team environment
Good sense of humor
A high affinity to AdTech would be useful, but is not necessary
English is a must, German is a plus
