About the role:
At Boston Scientific, advancing science for life depends on the strength of our people and the coordination behind our execution. The Sales Administrative Assistant IV serves as a strategic partner to multiple Vice Presidents, providing enterprise-level administrative, project, and operational support. Acting as an extension of executive leadership, this role ensures alignment between VP priorities and field execution, while enabling seamless coordination across regions, functions, and corporate partners.

This position combines advanced organizational skills with business acumen to support enterprise initiatives, manage complex projects, and create meaningful impact across the sales organization. With visibility to senior leadership, you will help shape strategies, anticipate needs, and deliver solutions that optimize organizational performance.

 

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage multiple VP calendars, communications, and travel with precision, ensuring leadership priorities are effectively supported and executed.

• Coordinate national meetings, leadership summits, and cross-regional field events, partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

• Prepare high-level presentations, strategic briefings, and executive summaries that influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

• Consolidate, analyze, and interpret field performance data, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.

• Lead and support cross-functional projects spanning marketing, clinical, operations, and other functions, from initiation through successful completion.

• Serve as the executive liaison between senior leadership, area vice presidents, corporate functions, and field teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.

• Anticipate challenges, proactively resolve issues, and ensure VP focus remains on enterprise-level priorities.

• Represent the Vice Presidents with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence in all interactions.

 

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting executives, with exposure to medtech or healthcare environments highly desirable
• Proven success supporting multiple executives in a matrixed, fast-paced organization
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Copilot, and ChatGPT
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated executive presence and judgment
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and adaptability

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience coordinating national-scale meetings or enterprise initiatives
• Familiarity with field sales operations and reporting in a healthcare or regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
