The Opportunity:

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a passion for supporting sales operations and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Administrator (m/f/d) and play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, managing data, and driving the success of our sales department.

This is a newly created, full-time position within the BPP Sales Division, offering a unique opportunity to shape the role and grow with it. We welcome applicants from across Europe, with a preference for candidates based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany. Proximity to one of our offices is a plus, as occasional in-person collaboration is encouraged.

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, or a related field 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Power BI, and Access 

  • Experience in a B2B or industrial product sales environment; familiarity with our product portfolio is highly desirable 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills 

  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required) 

How you will thrive and create an impact: 

  • Sales Operations Support: Ensure smooth processing of sales orders, internal coordination, and agenda planning for sales leaders. 

  • Customer Relationship Management: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate CRM records. 

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts. 

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records, manage CRM and BI data, and support month-end/quarter-end close processes. 

  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing customer-facing events such as BioConnect, Lunch & Learns, and other engagement activities. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, finance, and external partners to ensure accurate order fulfillment and billing. 

  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible support on various administrative tasks as needed to enhance team efficiency.
