Are you driven by data, passionate about process optimization, and eager to make a tangible impact on both sales and field operations? KONE is seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Excellence Specialist to join our team and help elevate our performance across maintenance operations and customer service delivery.

About the Role

As a Sales and Operations Excellence Specialist, you will be based in our head office in Ataşehir and directly report to the Head of Unit Maintenance. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Maintenance Operations Managers and regional leadership in implementing, optimizing, and sustaining high-performance business processes and tools. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and leverage KPIs to drive improvements in daily operations and sales performance

  • Supports sales & ops teams in analyzing internal and external data and supports in completion of high quality plans

  • Supports in coordinating Unit’s improvement activities and development programs

  • Supports in rollout of KONE Way programs

  • Optimize route planning, capacity utilization, and maintenance profiles

  • Contribute to the development of global methods and future improvement initiatives

Your success in this role will be measured by: safety, customer satisfaction, quality, process adoption and tool utilization, sales growth and backlog reduction, cost efficiency and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree (B.Sc.) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Familiarity with maintenance operations and sales tools/processes

  • Experience in project management is a plus

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Collaborative mindset and inclusive approach

  • Problem-solving ability with a focus on results and persistence

  • Experience in KPI reporting, SAP, CPM, and workload planning tools is a clear plus
