Whether you’re renewing old client contracts or selling solutions to new clients, you’ll grow our client base by putting LEAP’s market-leading software into the hands of more and more law firms worldwide.

With focused training to grow product and market knowledge, uncapped commissions, world-class systems and sales management, and a quality product that people love, you can work to achieve the financial independence that you crave.

What you'll do

    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within a defined territory
    • Conduct cold calling and follow-up, with support from a lead generation team
    • Deliver compelling demonstrations of LEAP’s key benefits to prospective clients, both online and in person
    • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
    • Successfully close new business deals through consultative selling techniques
    • Stay current on product updates and industry competitors to maintain a competitive edge
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on sales strategies and performance goals
    • Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and business challenges
    • Clearly communicate how LEAP’s solutions align with and support each client’s mission
    • Ensure successful delivery of client objectives and ongoing satisfaction with the solution

What you'll bring
