What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management or Desk Manager experience
• Proven track record in closing deals and hitting aggressive sales targets
• Strong desking, negotiation, and leadership skills
• CDK, VinSolutions, or CRM expertise preferred
• A competitive mindset with the ability to lead under pressure
