We are looking for a US Sales Development Manager to launch and build our new Atlanta-based SDR team. This role is ideal for an existing SDR Manager/Team Lead eager to take on both individual quota responsibility and team-building ownership, or a proven top-performing SDR ready to step into leadership. You will be responsible for hitting your own pipeline-generation targets while also hiring, coaching, and leading a small but mighty team of 2–3 SDRs.
This role requires someone scrappy, entrepreneurial, and hands-on, someone who can roll up their sleeves to book meetings while also building the foundation for a high-performing outbound function.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $85,000 and $100,000. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee commission plan and employee stock options.
