Your possibilities. Our team. That's the beauty of it.

Are you a self-starter with a competitive spirit and a passion for helping people? As a Sales Development Representative at Booksy, you'll be on the front line of our UK sales team, responsible for converting warm leads and generating new business opportunities. This role is a perfect blend of outreach and relationship-building, and we're looking for someone who sees every challenge as an opportunity.

You'll be working closely with your manager to onboard new initiatives and drive sales performance. This isn't just about hitting targets; it's about leading from the front, upholding Booksy's values, and mentoring new people on your pod. You'll be the person to reactivate lapsed customers, re-engage closed-lost opportunities, and explore new avenues to generate sales. If you have the grit and determination to make things happen and a love for solving problems, then you'll thrive here.

We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of their performance. You'll need to be adaptable and not afraid of change or trying new things, including taking the lead on your own ideas. Your competitive nature is a plus, but you'll also find real joy in seeing your colleagues succeed—because their success is your success.

This role is remote from within the UK- it is paying up £22,000- £24,000 base + uncapped commission

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 1-2 years of Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A positive and proactive attitude. Sales and negotiation skills can be taught, but a great attitude can't!
  • The grit and determination to make things happen.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with a love for speaking with people and helping them solve problems.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • The ability to take full ownership and responsibility for your performance, without "slopey shoulders."
  • A collaborative spirit and the drive to help your team succeed.
