What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Grip, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market engine. Your mission: identify, engage, and qualify high-potential accounts for our Enterprise Sales team. You’ll be a key player in shaping the pipeline, driving outbound campaigns, and engaging security leaders at some of the world’s top companies.
Your Day-to-Day
- Own outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and demos with CISOs, security architects, and IT decision-makers
- Work closely with AE team to develop strategic account plans and prospecting strategies
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and Outreach to manage outreach and pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and event engagement into qualified pipeline
- Research target accounts, identify personas, and tailor messaging for personalization and relevance
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline created)

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in an outbound SDR, BDR, or similar sales role (cybersecurity or SaaS experience is a big plus)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to break into enterprise accounts using a strategic, multi-threaded approach
- You’re curious, coachable, hungry to learn, and not afraid of rejection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of how to position technology to solve business problems (bonus if you’re familiar with common cybersecurity challenges)
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
