As an SDR at JBH, you’ll play a crucial role in building and qualifying the outbound sales pipeline across both SEO and Digital PR services. You’ll take ownership of prospecting, outreach, and qualification at the top of the funnel, creating opportunities for the senior leadership team to close.
You won’t be expected to close deals, but you’ll be rewarded for opportunities that convert into closed business. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious SDR who wants responsibility, structure, and the chance to grow into a Business Development role in a fast-paced, high-performing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build prospect lists based on JBH’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP), targeting decision-makers in key sectors.
- Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) designed to create curiosity and interest in JBH’s services.
- Qualify leads through initial conversations, ensuring prospects meet budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT) criteria before handover.
- Book and coordinate introductory calls between prospects and JBH’s senior team.
- Optimise outreach efforts by testing subject lines, refining messaging, and tracking open/reply rates.
- Maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot) — updating all prospect activity, engagement, and pipeline status.
- Report weekly on outreach activity, KPIs, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine ICPs, positioning, and sector-specific messaging.
