As a Sales Director, Life Science Accounts, you will lead commercial engagements with some of Owkin’s most dynamic and high-potential customers, including biotech companies, CROs, and life sciences investors. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
This is a high-impact, consultative sales role that blends scientific credibility with business acumen. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that align with customer goals in translational research, clinical trials, or AI-driven portfolio evaluation. Your success will directly contribute to Owkin’s mission of using AI to accelerate drug discovery and development.
Position is based in our Boston or New York offices or remotely from an East Coast or Central time zone.
Pay Transparency
The OTE compensation MRP for this role in the USA is $250,000 comprising base salary and performance-based bonus plus an equity option scheme, individual and family health insurance, 401k retirement, generous annual leave allowance of 35 days (in addition to any State or Federal recognised holidays) and flexible spending accounts.
Individual compensation packages will vary based on factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, assessed through the interview process. Owkin reserves the right to modify compensation structures based on business needs, geographic location, market conditions, and other factors.
