As an experienced Sales Excellence Professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the rhythm of business across the region. You’ll define and drive predictable Rhythm of Connection (RoC), lead strategic planning, and guide sales, consumption, and support teams toward impactful outcomes. This is a high-visibility role that blends operational leadership with strategic influence.

  • Extensive experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and customers.

  • You will define and drive predictable rhythm of the connection (RoC), and lead efforts to improve the RoC cadence across the region. You’ll guide sales and consumption strategies, and put in place prioritized sales plays.
  • You will build relationships with sales, consumption, and support managers, and use data-driven insights to identify where coaching may be needed. You’ll drive the adoption of plans to create new habits among sales, consumptions, and support teams.
  • You will drive the optimization and improvement of sales, consumption, and support team capabilities. You’ll also partner with leaders to remove sales and consumption roadblocks, increase customer face time, and enhance seller effectiveness.
  • You will leverage and develop reporting and analytical capabilities to create data-based insights for sellers and managers. And you’ll drive efforts to ensure sales and consumption adhere to processes and standards, helping hold managers accountable when necessary.
