We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally excellent Sales Excellence Business Manager to join the AI Business Solutions Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for a business professional who thrives in executive-facing environments, excels at organizational planning, and brings rigor to sales excellence and performance management. You will be a key driver of business rhythm, stakeholder alignment, and Go-to-Market execution across AI Business Solutions Product Marketing organization.

Required/minimum qualifications

 

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in product marketing, sales excellence, or GTM strategy roles.
  • Experience with Executive Reporting & Business Reviews
  • Experience with Sales Strategy & Performance Metrics
  • Experience with Operational Cadence & Workback Scheduling
 
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

  • Ability to influence and inform executive stakeholders - including CVPs -through clear, data-driven storytelling and strategic framing.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing ROB cadences and cross-functional planning.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft GTM motions, AI Business Solutions strategy, and solution play frameworks is a plus.

 

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

1. Business Planning & Performance Management (ROB)

  • Lead the development and execution of rhythm of business cadences including Monthly Business Reviews, Monthly Product Reviews, Quarterly Deep Dives, and senior leadership updates.
  • Synthesize financial results, sales metrics, and GTM performance into executive-review ready materials.
  • Facilitate executive-level communications and presentations, ensuring clarity, strategic alignment, and readiness for CVP-level reviews and forums.
  • Maintain and update workback schedules, stakeholder maps, and planning decks to ensure timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with other leads to manage top issue reviews, track resolution progress, and prepare content for leadership forums.
  • Collaborate with Chiefs of Staff and GMs to ensure attendance, alignment, and content readiness for executive reviews.

2. Sales Excellence

  • Operationalize Solution Play reviews by aligning metrics, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks across GTM motions.
  • Support solution play owners in landing Monthly Business Reviews, content and aligning with AI Business Solutions Big Rocks review twice a month.
  • Drive completion of finance-related inputs for Monthly Business Reviews, and ensure consistency across solution areas.
