This is not your typical sales role. As our first dedicated sales hire, you’ll have a seat at the table with decision-makers and the freedom to build, shape, and grow the sales function. You’ll be the driving force behind our expansion into new markets, identifying and converting leads into long-term clients.

Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. Compensation is base salary plus uncapped commission. A reasonable estimate of the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target once met is $102,500 to $190,000.
Remote Eligibility: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a Pinion office or attendance at offsites, as requested/required by the firm and/or your supervisor. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Pinion has a registered entity and is actively hiring. Click here for the up-to-date list of excluded states.
