Job Description:
Movoto, a part of the Lower.com family, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help accelerate the growth of our Lever program for real estate agents. This is not a transactional sale—it’s a consultative partnership role where you’ll demonstrate how Lever helps agents scale profitably without the overhead of building their own staff. You’ll be in a player-coach quota-carrying role responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from pipeline building and discovery to closing and handoff—as well as leading team of sales executives and sales development representatives.
This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, understands how to sell into commission-based, risk-sensitive professionals (real estate agents), and is motivated by clear revenue and retention goals.
What you’ll do:
Own the Full Sales Cycle
Lead info sessions, discovery calls, 1:1 interviews, demos, negotiation, and closing conversations with real estate agents
Lead Prospecting Strategy & Execution
Ensure offshore SDRs follow Lever’s Salesforce-based prospecting and follow-up workflows, including updating campaign statuses, logging calls, and adhering to approved outreach scripts
Drive Revenue & Value Growth
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets based on deals closed and held demos. Focus on enrolling agents with strong production potential and high retention likelihood
Demonstrate Product Expertise
Understand and articulate the value of Lever—how the unique financial model (subscription plus tiered success fees) and plug-in staff across marketing, database management, transaction management, high-intent lead generation, and strategic success maximize agent profitability compared to traditional build-it-yourself or team options
Sales Process Adherence
Maintain accurate records, follow-up tasks, and pipeline progression in Salesforce. Use forecasting and activity tracking to manage toward quota and operational goals. Ensure coordination with Lever’s Agent Concierge, Marketing, Database, and Transaction teams to deliver a seamless post-sale experience
Who you are:
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience and 2+ years of people management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, proptech, or subscription-based lead services
Proven ability to sell to independent contractors, small business owners, or real estate professionals
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and urgency with sales-oriented prospects
Highly organized and disciplined—able to manage time, pipeline, and systems with precision
Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong demo, objection handling, and closing capabilities.
Experience managing Salesforce workflows and enforcing CRM discipline across teams
Experience with global team leadership or managing virtual SDRs (a plus)
Self-starter with a bias toward action, experimentation, and results.
