Your new role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This hunter-style role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-oriented sales professional with a strong ability to build new relationships and articulate the value of our offerings to prospective customers. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and broader IFI/DS team to expand our footprint, especially among untapped or under penetrated accounts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads with a focus on new logo acquisition.
    Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospects’ needs and clearly position our product’s value.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution for new clients.
    Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by the Director of Sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound interest into sales opportunities and tailor outreach messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast new business opportunities, and provide regular activity updates.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to inform outreach strategies.
  • Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and meetings with a focus on lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Tech, and Legal) to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction post-sale.
