About the role

Our Sales and Marketing Operations team plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency. We are seeking a motivated long-term intern to join us on a part-time basis (up to 10 hours per week / 40 hours per month). The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to balance work alongside studies or other commitments.

As a Sales and Marketing Operations Intern, you will support our team in maintaining data integrity, managing content and enhancing our tech stack.

Key responsibilities

  • Regularly clean and update CRM records (contacts, accounts, industry classifications, duplicates). Assist with updating account ownership and maintaining accurate sales stage data.
  • Make basic content updates to Power BI dashboards following instructions. Check for visual consistency in dashboards.
  • Support updates to our tech stack overview to drive operational efficiency.
  • Support marketing automation campaigns and studio production logistics.
  • Maintain our client and target lists, and clean up inactive or bounced contacts regularly.

·         Support maintenance of our internal content library, including upload, tag and archive videos in the internal content library.

Engagement opportunities

  • Vendor interactions: Participate in calls with vendors to understand and evaluate potential collaborations.
  • Creative projects: Contribute to video editing projects and assist in designing Miro boards for team brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, IT or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and/or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems with business processes in mind.
  • Basic video editing skill is a plus.
  • Fluent in English. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
