The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in enabling the success of our sales organization. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, providing actionable insights through reporting/analytics, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

You will be the backbone of the sales team—building scalable processes, improving pipeline visibility, and helping leadership make data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management & Data Integrity
    • Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency.
    • Implement automation and workflows to improve sales efficiency.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Standardize and document sales processes across the funnel (lead generation, qualification, pipeline progression, closing).
    • Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Create and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
    • Provide insights into conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Enablement & Support
    • Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, training, and process documentation.
    • Coordinate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking.
  • Strategic Projects
    • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program management.
    • Evaluate and recommend sales tools/technologies to improve productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support (preferably in SaaS/healthcare technology).
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech is a strong plus.
