The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in enabling the success of our sales organization. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, providing actionable insights through reporting/analytics, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
You will be the backbone of the sales team—building scalable processes, improving pipeline visibility, and helping leadership make data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management & Data Integrity
- Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Implement automation and workflows to improve sales efficiency.
- Sales Process Optimization
- Standardize and document sales processes across the funnel (lead generation, qualification, pipeline progression, closing).
- Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
- Provide insights into conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
- Enablement & Support
- Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, training, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking.
- Strategic Projects
- Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program management.
- Evaluate and recommend sales tools/technologies to improve productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support (preferably in SaaS/healthcare technology).
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred).
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in healthcare or health tech is a strong plus.
