As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will have exceptional attention to detail, and you will be the ultimate operational guru who thrives in a dynamic team environment. You will demonstrate your organizational skills whilst being a YETI brand ambassador.
You will serve as the YETI subject matter expert (SME) to the Sales team, you will mitigate complex customer issues, create training material and train our Sales Agent team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the ongoing support of the sales team in the development of new businesses and maintenance of current client accounts
Develop and maintain SOPs, talk tracks and create and deliver ongoing training
Serve as the conduit between operational processes and the Sales team – ensuring they have the tools needed for success
Provide administrative support across the Sales department on all processes, operations and reporting
Support the wholesale team by updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system
Support and manage sales and marketing initiatives including product deliveries for events, activations or projects
Facilitate training to share knowledge across YETI products, SOPs and operational requirements to ensure YETI brand guidelines are followed
Work closely with the wholesale and corporate sales teams to understand the needs of the business and develop tools to help manage and grow account base
Deliver on-time and accurate reporting and analysis on cadence to support business needs
Manage and identify opportunities across YETI’s inventory and make recommendations based on trends and demand
Analyse sales and CRM data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for informed decision making to Sales team and leadership
Support the management of inventory levels across the Wholesale channel partners by identifying opportunities and escalating issues
Familiar with sales and productivity targets and assist the sales team to meet these targets by assisting with the sales process wherever necessary
Updating and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner, supporting warranty returns. Dispatch of product/replacement and store fixtures
Maintain accurate records and support Wholesale Customer Service enquiries
Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Bring new ideas to the team on how to grow and develop our offer and enhance the in-store experience for both our teams and customers
Foster effective communication and collaboration between the sales team and other support functions
Prepare invoicing support and perform reconciliation between customer cash receipts and invoices.
Ad hoc reporting and projects as required
Qualifications and Attributes:
At least 3+ years’ experience in an Operations, Retail or Supply Chain role
Experience working as a member of a small team who can work effectively across multiple departments
Demonstrated ability to show initiative and work proactively
Excellent interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills – Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter, able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment with a natural ownership mentality
Business level English
