About the Job
Brightly Software is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Onboarding & Enablement Trainer to join our Sales Operations team. This role supports a global Sales organization by designing, delivering, and maintaining onboarding and training programs that drive operational excellence and productivity.
You will serve as a key partner to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, P&O, Client Success, and Finance Operations—aligning priorities, coordinating resources, and supporting the successful rollout of go-to-market operational changes. This role emphasizes process documentation, training delivery and content creation, and continuous improvement driven by data insights. As a hybrid position, it requires in-office presence 1–2 times per week at our Raleigh location, along with occasional evening availability (1–2 times per week, typically 6–7 PM EST) to support global teams.
What you will do
Lead enablement and drive adoption of all sales tools and related processes, including but not limited to the following activities:
- Develop and execute onboarding programs for new Sales hires across all geographies.
- Maintain and update training materials, internal documentation, and LMS content.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all sales tools and process development, supporting both onboarding and ongoing enablement programs led by Sales Enablement.
- Host live training sessions, team meetings, and open office hours to support onboarding and ongoing education.
- This hybrid role occasionally requires evening availability (1–2 times per week) to support our global sales teams.
- Track onboarding effectiveness and training completion rates.
- Own and manage the Sales Operations SharePoint and documentation repository.
- Communicate technical and procedural changes clearly to go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and P&O to design role-specific learning paths.
- Partner with Sales Operations and the Revenue Organization to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Expected Outcomes
- Successful adoption, measured by reduction in error rate & utilization of sales tools and processes is the primary metric.
- Consistently achieve targeted time to productivity metric… enhance onboarding experience to maintain or improve time to productivity.
- Reliably updated and accessible training materials and documentation.
- High engagement in training sessions and ongoing learning programs.
- Clear communication of operational changes across go-to-market teams.
- Strong alignment with Sales Ops, Enablement, and HR to close knowledge gaps.
Performance Checkpoints
- Onboarding effectiveness tracked via ramp time, completion rates, and feedback.
- Regular audits and updates of LMS and documentation.
- Reduced the volume of exception requests and lowered error rates among sellers.
- Attendance and engagement metrics for training sessions.
- SharePoint usage and documentation update logs.
- Continuous improvement plans based on rep feedback and performance data.
What you need
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development or related fields.
- Skill as a seller is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, Chorus.ai, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Marketo, and other sales engagement or enablement tools.
- Experience developing web-based training, process guides and delivering instructor led training.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in content creation, flowcharting, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to scale training programs and documentation efficiently.

here.The pay range for this position is $53,760 - $92,160 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
