• We are a high-volume location selling an average of 220 new and used vehicles per month.
• Competitive pay plans - Min commission is 25% + bi-weekly bonuses.
• New & used inventory in STOCK.
• Can sell ‘New or Pre- Owned.’
• No excessive packs
• Not a ‘flooded floor’

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership Sales/Sales experience REQUIRED. 
• Open to ALL brand experience. 
• CDK/ADP experience is a PLUS.
• The ideal candidate must have a powerful desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560.00 to $121,200.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
