Maersk is searching for a dynamic & proactive Sales Representative excellence at Project logistics filed in the implementation of our Global integrator strategy.

As a part of or integration strategy we are expecting significant growth not only in Ocean transport but also Logistics& Services revenue specifically in Project Logistics,

providing best in class solutions to serve our clients end to end supply chain needs.

With a focus on Project Logistics, Maersk has an exciting opportunity for a selling experience

in end to end shipment projects for over gauge, non-containerized items

that require an experience of Project logistics knowledge, solution development, customer management skills and overall unique logistics

Key Responsibilities

You will join Area sales division and be responsible for identifying sales opportunities with a particular focus on Project Logistics in close collaboration with other logistics services such ocean freight management.

For this you will:

A strong drive to develop new customers and business opportunities Participate and respond RFQs by coordinating necessary internal stakeholders as well as managing relationship with clients Identify end to end sales opportunities both within our existing and New client. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in salesforce and ensure the procedural governance of the sale process. Guiding tender / opportunity / product managers in the overall RFQ cycle to ensure the delivery of a high-quality solution within the timelines of the project Create and maintain a list of Project Logistics target clients in collaboration with the respective reporting manager. Develop and create win strategies together as an ONE team mind. Implement a sales and operational planning communication with Product teams to ensure allocation can be met for target clients as part of the E2E solution. Participate in client meetings / workshops and provide effective suggestions and feedback Having a collaborative mindset and willingness to communicate across internal and external stakeholders

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

3+ Years in selling of Project Logistics with a background in both Operations and Sales, but connection with Project cargo customers is a big advantage Fluent in English and Japanese language preferred Experience of preparation of RFQ proposal to EPC customers Strong communication skills with positive thinking to meet clients both existing and the ability to engage at customer’s senior level and to co-create a business case for change Hunting mind to new sales opportunities and project launch Confident in the use of MS Office products is a must and Salesforce would be an advantage Strong communication to share the information with team members internally. Understands the competitive landscape, and can adjust approaches to customers as a result Well-developed, persuasiveness, influencing, presentation and negotiating skills Self-motivated and performance-driven strategic thinking with both short- and long-term planning skills; strengths in time management with regards to managing multiple objectives and priorities Strong client retention and relationship-building skills from past and present experience in business development and sales exposure. Confident in offering consultative recommendations to clients that would results in long-term strategic value across business units
