What you'll do:

  • In charge of General Trade South - Central Market. Key provinces are Bình Đnh, Nha Trang, Phú Yên, Bình Thun.

  • Develop sales network (dealers) of HA

  • Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors and propose new product line ups, sales policy and promotion programs.

  • Monitor sales progress, give quick responses to market change

  • Cooperate with dealer for in store promotions, display program, sub-dealer programs and sell-out scheme.

  • Lead and motivate sales rep team to reach company’s goal

  • Handling both sales and people management.  Sales coaching and building sales rep team capability,

  • Evaluate performance of direct reports

Qualifications:

  • University Degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably from home appliances industry

  • Proven experience managing distributors, wholesalers, and general trade channels

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with solid analytical skills
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity and strong work ethics

  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Willing to travel for business (more than 70% of time)

  • English language is nice to have

Where you'll be: 

You will be based in our Ho Chi Minh Office and report to Sales Manager, GT South.
