As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for support our commercial operations by preparing and managing customer quotes, coordinating approvals, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Your role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing quotes for private customers and distributors based on Key Account Managers’ requests.
You’ll work closely with internal functions to gather and validate information, coordinate quote approvals using dedicated tools, and support order placement activities.
This role offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the implementation of new procedures and tools.

You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor's degree (BA)
You bring 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the medical devices industry.
You possess strong communication, presentation, and proactive problem-solving skills.
You’re quick to learn new concepts and processes, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
How we work together

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
