 The Opportunity

AliveCor is looking for a Lead Generation and Sales Support Specialist to join our International Sales Team. The primary function of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, and provide critical support to our direct and indirect sales channels by managing and responding to customer questionnaires and requests for information (RFIs). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, experience with CRM tools and a strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, with a specific focus on hospital and remote patient monitoring systems.

 Role and Responsibilities:

  • Research target markets, engage with prospective clients through outreach campaigns, and nurture initial contacts to create a robust pipeline for the sales team. You will work closely with sales and marketing to understand their lead requirements, ensure timely follow-ups, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related questionnaires, including RFIs, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and security/compliance assessments from prospective and existing hospital and remote patient monitoring customers
  • Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive library of standard responses for common questions related to product features, technical specifications, clinical applications, security protocols, data privacy (e.g., HIPAA), and regulatory compliance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, clinical affairs, legal, and security teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information for complex inquiries
  • Provide direct support to the sales team by assisting with the completion of questionnaires, ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within established deadlines
  • Available to facilitate requests from the sales team, research issues, and create custom quotations/contract in SFDC
  • Monitors new account set-ups in SFDC and facilitates set-up of new accounts as necessary
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the questionnaire response workflow, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of our submissions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all questionnaires, responses, and related communications in a CRM or a designated sales enablement platform
  • Assist in training new sales team members on how to leverage the questionnaire response library and best practices for engaging with customer inquiries
  • Provides support for special requests and projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline)
  • 3+ years of experience in a Lead generation and sales support, technical writing, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare technology, medical device, or life sciences industry
  • Proven experience in Lead generation
  • Proven experience in responding to and managing complex RFPs and questionnaire
  • Strong understanding of hospital and remote patient monitoring technologies, including vital signs monitoring, EMR/EHR integration, telehealth platforms, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, FDA, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office and G Suite
