We are currently looking for Sales Support Specialist – India based at Mumbai with details mentioned below.

Let me tell you about the role!

The Industrial sales support specialist not only provides operational support but acts as an effective conduit between sales, marketing, finance and operations teams for driving initiatives and programs in market. This role plays a critical role in co-ordinating activities and driving interventions in the sales team - including effective use of digital solutions, supporting local analytics and insights based on the MI eco-system and supporting local interventions and programs planned by sales - allowing the sales team to focus on core sales activities.

What you will deliver

  • Support the sales leadership in market in driving key interventions
  • Co-ordinate activities with sales, marketing, finance and customer excellence and operations to ensure effective deployment of programs in market
  • Drive effective use of digital enablers in place for sales teams and channel partners
  • Leverage the MI infrastructure to generate insights (including profitability insights) for the market/channel/segments/product groups.
  • Work with the sales team to identify gaps and opportunities across the market/channel and support internal communication and co-ordination of the response
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives in the sales teams in WOW
  • Drives the customer master data hygiene in the ERPs
  • Support local sales development interventions/projects
  • Support the transfer of best practices between sales teams
  • Drive standardisation and adherence to sales policies in Industrial Market

 What will make you successful

Education

University degree with science background. MBA would be added on advantage.

Experience

• Sales experience in Industrial/B2B channel/market

• Local language skills as applicable
