Applicants must be within driving distance to our Alpharetta, GA office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office five days per week.

A day in the life.

As an Sales Technology Specialist, you will:

  • Create a standardized training process for all sales enablement tools

  • Demonstrate and communicate product expertise

  • Collaboration with Producers and Senior Account Executives

  • Collaboration with RSOs

  • Collaboration with Operations

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Successful work history to include a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, operations, sales or sales coordination

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of software applications commonly used on personal computers, such as Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to changing needs in a high production environment

  • Proven ability to follow through on and successfully execute tasks while adhering to specified quality standards

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required

  • Property & Casualty License (within 90 days of employment)

  • Extensive knowledge of how insurance products are utilized and administered. Extensive knowledge of markets and marketing techniques.

  • Proficiency with Sales Enablement Tools

  • Prior insurance brokerage experience
