We are looking for an experienced and talented Salesforce QA professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios and test cases that align with our organizational needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, defect-free Salesforce applications. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce testing best practices and the ability to translate business requirements into thorough and effective test scenarios.
What You Will Be Doing
- Test end to end use cases and data flow with multiple systems (Salesforce, Integration testing, NetSuite etc).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and document the test scenarios for Regression , Smoke , E2E and Functional testing
- Running all automated test scenarios for the program including various scenarios with different outcomes expected.
- Work with JIRA for automation deliverables, test case management, defect management, test reporting, and other functions
- Define, develop and analyze test plans, create and execute tests, communicate issues/findings, manage defects, document test results, generate test reports, conduct release readiness reviews, and review documentation
- Participating in our agile development process with our team of Salesforce and other IT developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and proactively suggest ways to leverage them in our organization.
- Define, build, modify and execute automated tests for regression test coverage of business process testing, utilizing Selenium ,Java
- Creating/maintaining automation BDD/TDD frameworks for automating Salesforce Functionalities
- Supports the introduction, adoption and adherence to new / advanced techniques and approaches in testing and automation
What You Bring
- 5 + years of Proven track record in Salesforce projects as a QA professional, responsible for crafting and implementing test plans and test cases. Skilled in detecting and tracking bugs, debugging with developers, and maintaining comprehensive QA documentation and test matrices
- Experience in manual functional/End to End, regression test development and execution of Salesforce and other SaaS systems
- Solid grasp of Sales cloud capabilities,Quote to Cash functionalities, confirmed configuration/testing experience with Salesforce App, Salesforce Integrations and Lightning
- Hands on experience developing automated tests using Selenium or any automation tool
- Analyzing requirements and composing documents and use cases, in order to develop, modify, complete test scenarios to ensure functionality is covered. Have a knack for listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into action.
- Maintaining documentation of test results and execution status to communicate to IT customers, PM, BA, Dev, Team Lead
- Ensure consistency to quality testing guidelines, standards and project timelines
- Experience with SOQL/SQL - familiarity and comfort with querying data
- Demonstrates expertise in understanding of and experience with QA standards, processes and methodologies and their application in an enterprise environment.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to focus on Timelines, accept and handle changing priorities and address issues quickly and expertly
- Expertize in Software Development Lifecycle, Knowledge of Agile development practices and sprint delivery model
- Should have the ability to understand how different processes connect to each other. So if an issue/bug impacts one area, but breaks another story, this candidate should use the inputs/outputs of a process flow to help address these issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
