Exodigo is seeking a highly driven SalesOps / RevOps Manager to lead and optimize our sales and revenue operations. This person will play a key role in streamlining sales processes, forecasting revenue, and delivering insightful reporting to help our teams execute efficiently and with clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure they are provided with the tools and processes they need in their day-to-day activities.
- Manage and maintain the Hubspot CRM, ensuring pipeline data accuracy and usability, implementing validation mechanisms and process enforcement.
- Closely follow our deals pipelines and projects advancement (both for the IL and US markets) to become the source-of-truth for projects across the teams and master all sales ops and rev-ops analyses and ensure data is accurate.
- Own Sales Ops dashboards to ensure we keep optimizing our sales pipeline and know when to raise red flags.
- Lead revenue forecasting processes with inputs from Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams.
- Manage revenue recognition logic in coordination with Finance.
- Own Revenue Operations dashboards, including revenue recognition & forecasts.
- Own performance tracking boards for management and board-level reporting.
- Build and maintain project-level cost and margin analysis models to support pricing and profitability.
- 5+ years' experience in SalesOps and/or RevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot (or equivalent CRM) and reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of revenue modeling.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable dashboards and processes.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
