Supply Account Manager focuses on managing end to end Customer account from operational, logistics and financial aspects. He/she drives for evaluation of customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.
It includes order fulfillment, coordinating and controlling customers’ backlog and spare parts inventory in a timely and cost-efficient manner. He/she is responsible over customers demand forecast and it’s alignment to actual performance.
Responsibilities include material expediting, movement and transaction as well as leading and coordinating initiatives and activities to achieve optimum integrated management of the goods flow.
Prepare accurate and timely management reports for customers support, KPI and customers’ forecast accomplishment.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
