At Revenue.io, we power high-performing sales, CS, and marketing teams with real-time assistance, and we’re looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to take our customer experience to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys talking to customers, but also has the technical and strategic chops to design automation, build in Salesforce, and create repeatable programs that drive adoption and outcomes.
As our first Scaled Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a broad portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customers and build the programs that allow us to deliver value consistently across hundreds of accounts. You’ll strike a balance between one-to-one strategic engagements and one-to-many scaled interactions, leveraging automation, digital touchpoints, and proactive enablement to help customers succeed.
You won’t just inherit processes, you’ll create them. You’ll use AI, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools to identify risks and opportunities early, orchestrate timely interventions, and drive adoption. You’ll partner closely with leadership to build a scalable customer success engine that accelerates retention, expansion, and advocacy.

Compensation
On target earnings split will be determined at time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits. Actual compensation within the range will be determined on your skills, experience, qualification, location, and market conditions.
