Who We’re Looking For

At Revenue.io, we power high-performing sales, CS, and marketing teams with real-time assistance, and we’re looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to take our customer experience to the next level.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys talking to customers, but also has the technical and strategic chops to design automation, build in Salesforce, and create repeatable programs that drive adoption and outcomes.

As our first Scaled Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a broad portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customers and build the programs that allow us to deliver value consistently across hundreds of accounts. You’ll strike a balance between one-to-one  strategic engagements and one-to-many scaled interactions, leveraging automation, digital touchpoints, and proactive enablement to help customers succeed.

You won’t just inherit processes, you’ll create them. You’ll use AI, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools to identify risks and opportunities early, orchestrate timely interventions, and drive adoption. You’ll partner closely with leadership to build a scalable customer success engine that accelerates retention, expansion, and advocacy.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver scalable CS programs that enable ongoing adoption, customer education, and value realization across a large portfolio (50+ accounts).
  • Leverage AI and automation (sequences, workflows, digital touch) to efficiently engage customers at the right moments in their journey.
  • Spot risks early by analyzing product usage, customer health, and behavioral signals, triggering the right intervention at scale.
  • Enable customers for long-term success by creating playbooks, office hours, webinars, and self-serve resources that help teams adopt Revenue.io best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for high-priority accounts when deeper consultative engagement is needed, balancing 1:1 and 1:many approaches.
  • Build in Salesforce to customize reporting, design workflows, and ensure smooth adoption of our Salesforce-native platform.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver customer feedback, drive roadmap influence, and unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Own renewals and expansions, managing your book with a focus on retention and growth.

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, consultative Sales, account management, or strategic consulting (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong Salesforce expertise (3+ years in the ecosystem; certifications or sales ops background a plus).
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of customers.
  • Experience balancing proactive one-to-many programs with strategic one on one engagement.
  • Technical and analytical mindset, comfortable with workflows, automation, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire customers at scale.
  • Builder mentality, resourceful, curious, and eager to design scalable programs from the ground up.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a balance of strategy and hands-on execution.

Compensation

On target earnings split will be determined at time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits. Actual compensation within the range will be determined on your skills, experience, qualification, location, and market conditions.
