Overall Purpose: Manage the relationship with channel partners and strategic accounts to drive small business sales and revenue growth through sales management and business development.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Sales Growth and Business Development: Works with strategic partners to prospect new business, reviews, analyzes, and tracks sales, customer experience, cancel and churn rates. Collaborates with vendor on the development of improvement plans as needed to drive revenue growth.
• Product & System Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to communicate value propositions effectively and improve sales techniques through ongoing vendor training.
• Sales Coaching and Training: Oversees training, coaching, development and performance management of AT&T sales processes provided to the vendor.
• Account Performance Reviews: Evaluates vendor sales to ensure AT&T procedures are followed.
Job Contribution: Level 2 sales manager with comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to medium business sales with moderate supervision. Responsible for an average quota or territory. Utilizes advanced data analysis, creative problem-solving, and exercises judgment. Supervisor: No
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of sales related experience.
Earn between $86,700 - $130,100 + $34,000 commissions yearly, if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
