The Position:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Managerto join ourChina BD team.
Our ideal candidate comes from the automotive industry, possessing solid customer-facing experience, excellent negotiation skills and project management skills. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be promoting the great ADAS & AV innovations - Mobileye SuperVison (L2) and Mobileye Chauffer (L3) to OEM and tier 1 clients. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the ADAS and Automated Driving revolution.

What will your job look like?

  • Facilitate regular face-to-face interactions or meetings with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with Mobileye's capabilities. 
  • Drive new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, market trends, and Mobileye's cutting-edge technologies. 
  • Coordinate evaluation activities and demonstrations for customers, including product walkthrough sessions. 
  • Facilitate RFI/RFQ discussions, including deep dive sessions on Mobileye technologies & products. 
  • Nurture relationships with key clients while identifying and establishing connections with potential new partners. 
  • Oversee the planning and execution of business development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential growth areas, assess competitive landscapes, and develop strategies to position Mobileye as a market leader. 
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure a seamless and collaborative approach to business development efforts. 
  • Generate insightful reports on business development activities, regularly updating the leadership team on progress, challenges, and opportunities. 

All you need is:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or senior system engineer in the ADAS/AV sector. 
  • Strong engineering understanding with ADAS/AV solutions and associated vehicle setups. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.  
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and expanding client relationships.  
  • The ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic and evolving environment.  
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend relevant industry events.  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
