Ensures administrative support to Filed Sales team through drafting contracts, solving various administrative tasks and maintaining close communication with field sales team and other departments. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Contract management: support preparation of different type of contracts for clients or distributors from BEV and SNK business, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives Support TPM activities like end-to-end PO generation, invoice management, reconciliation and others. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and minimize errors End-to-end PO generation and administration (including approvals and follow-up and issue resolution). Ensure all PO-related processes are executed accurately and efficiently Lead database management and data analysis initiatives, extracting actionable insights to support business decision-making. Ensure data integrity and timeliness in reporting Monitor the implementation status of various sales activities. Proactively address any delays or obstacles in the execution of sales initiatives Manage the ad hoc requests of the sales team with a focus on providing timely solutions, optimizing team performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between different stakeholders People Responsibilities Develop winning relationships with management, colleagues and other key stakeholders within the Cluster and BU, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex tasks. Share best practices, foster learning, and support the Team Leader and Cluster Sales Lead in driving continuous improvements in GBS service offerings Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery. Proactively identify areas for process optimization and spearhead change management efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Business administration, Economics or similar Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel Previous work experience with databases or in FMCG (2-5 years) Very good analytical skills and numeric skills, with the ability to pull and work with large data Fluent English and Romanian with exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environments Excellent organization and prioritization skills Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope Results oriented, team player with positive, can-do attitude The ‘Internal Reporting Procedure’ for making reports of violations of the law and taking follow-up action in terms of the Law on Whistleblower Protection of June 14, 2024 is available at www.pepsicopoland.com under the Contact/Career tab.
