The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring strategic customers achieve value from Solis’ cybersecurity services through seamless onboarding, strong adoption, and proactive health management. Acting as a technical advisor, you will help clients maximize their security posture while driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. 

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of valued clients. In this role you will: 
  • Partner with delivery teams to oversee onboarding, technical integrations, and service adoption
  • Monitor customer environments, identify risks early, and coordinate resolutions
  • Lead QBRs and technical reviews, translating service outcomes into measurable business value
  • Own renewal cycles and develop expansion opportunities withing account set
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues and customer advocacy
  •  Maintain accurate account health, risk, and opportunity data in CRM.
