We are now looking for Senior Field Sales Representatives in Lille who are ready to own their market, drive merchant acquisition, and fast-track into leadership roles as future Territory Managers.
Sales Execution in the Field
Acquire new merchants by selling our POS and card reader solutions directly on the ground
Actively engage in face-to-face sales, refine your pitch, and explore new customer acquisition strategies
Territory Development
Build and manage your designated area with a long-term growth mindset
Support the recruitment and onboarding of freelance sales representatives as the team scales
Local Market Leadership
Share insights with central teams to improve our go-to-market strategy
Pilot new messaging, tools, and partnership opportunities to increase merchant acquisition
Path to Leadership
Once performance goals are met, step into the Territory Manager role
Lead, coach, and develop your own team of freelance Field Sales Representatives
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
Have a proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally targeting SMEs
Are passionate about face-to-face sales and closing deals in the field
Are ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership position
Thrive in a performance-driven and commission-based environment
Understand your local market well—or can learn it quickly
Have experience in payments, POS, telecom, energy, or similar sectors
Bonus: Experience mentoring freelance or commission-based teams, or working in fintech, SaaS, or merchant tech, is highly appreciated.
