We are looking for an experienced AI and Agentforce Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our Employee Success (ES/HR) Agent and AI products. This individual will define strategy, build roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Business Technology (IT), Data Engineering, 3rd-party vendors, UX Design, Research, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver innovative solutions that address ES, employee, and manager needs. The Product Manager will ensure high-quality product delivery, manage lifecycle, and continuously improve offerings based on feedback and data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
 Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify opportunities.
  • Prioritize features based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Stay up to date with technology advancements and industry trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Business Technology, ES Data Engineering, Legal & Ethics, Research, and UX teams to drive product development from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Change Management, Communications, and operational teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Define KPIs and measure product performance.
  • Use analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure ethical considerations in AI development and monitor potential biases.
Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, launch, post-launch monitoring, and iteration.
  • Prioritize features, define detailed user stories, and collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements.
  • Coordinate releases and work with stakeholders for timely delivery.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Gather feedback from customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to launch.
  • Present updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
 Experience:
  • 5–7 years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record managing products from concept to launch.
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Skills:
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly requirements.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Business acumen to build cases and quantify results.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HR business processes and products.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, RAG, etc.
  • Awareness of ethical AI principles and practices.
